Washington, DC, March 16, 2020 – Newbridge Wireless, a leading distributed antenna systems developer (DAS), completes the deployment of a DAS infrastructure at Winchester Medical Center.

Located in North Western Virginia, the Winchester Medical Center (WMC) campus is close to both the Maryland and West Virginia state lines. WMC is an essential resource for residents of the Shenandoah Valley, and the eastern panhandles of West Virginia and Western Maryland. The hospital sits on Interstate Highway 81, a major thoroughfare running from Tennessee to the New York/Canada border. Winchester Medical Center is one of six hospitals in the Valley Health system.

Newbridge Wireless’ deployment follows a strategic license agreement with Valley Health System. Under the agreement, Newbridge Wireless will develop, own, and operate the infrastructure that provides cellular services from all major cellular wireless service providers (WSPs) in the United States.
